By using this website and/or shopping in Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC’s online store you hereby are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and any additional policies and practices set forth in the “FAQ’s” section, the product pages and the checkout pages. Please read them carefully and contact Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC with any questions. Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. All changes will be posted on the website. 

Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC grants you a limited and revocable license that allows you to both access and make personal use of this site. Any use of this site to duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell or exploit the site in any way is expressly prohibited. This applies to all content, including site images, product listings, product images, product descriptions, page design, price, downloadable materials, logos and all other site content. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue viewing this site and not purchase products from this site.

Reservation of Copyright & All Rights:                                            

Throughout these terms and conditions the term “artwork” will be used to refer to fine art prints, illustration prints, photographs, graphics and all original pieces of artwork. All the artwork featured on this website was created by Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC and are the exclusive property of Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC.

Artwork on display in the online store may be purchased in the formats and for the prices set forth. Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC makes every effort to represent the artwork in the most accurate way possible. However, due to different calibrations of your personal monitor or screen, it is impossible to guarantee that your view of the colors is accurate.

Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC does not guarantee the availability of any particular piece of artwork or format. Caitlin and Cole LLC reserves the right to modify store prices and formats, or to withdraw artwork or products from sale, at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC also reserves the right, at any time after an order is placed, to decline to fulfill your order for any reason or to supply a quantity of prints that is fewer than the ordered quantity. If Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC declines to fulfill your order or reduces your order quantity, you will be notified and a refund for the corresponding amount will be issued.

Purchase of artwork does not convey copyright. All rights to all the images on this website are reserved by Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The images Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC shares on this website are for informational purposes only and may not be used in any way without the prior written approval of Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC.                    

Any purchase of artwork from Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC is ONLY a purchase of an authorized physical copy (or copies) of that artwork, not of the copyright of that artwork or of any rights protected by copyright law, which include but are not limited to the right to reproduce or to publish the artwork in any form. All rights for the artwork are reserved by Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC, and any use beyond the display and personal enjoyment of the artwork you purchase requires the prior written approval of Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC, which may withhold its permission or limit any license granting permission at Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC's discretion. 

This reservation of rights applies equally to all artwork and other materials viewable on this website and/or offered for sale on this website regardless of format that is presented. This applies to both commercial and non-commercial use of the artwork. Altering the artwork in any way (color, size, composition or adding other elements) does not exempt the user from these restrictions and is not permitted without obtaining prior written approval from Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC. 

Privacy Policy:

Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC is committed to keeping all your personal information confidential. You are only required to enter personal information to place an order through the store, sign up for the mailing list or contact the company. Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC only uses your personal information to contact and process customers orders. Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Security Policy:

All personal information you enter during the checkout on Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC is protected by SSL. We use a system that is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption. This helps to ensure your credit card data is safe and secure.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Due to the fact that Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC produces every artwork print to order, Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. All products are Final Sale. We are not responsible for any artwork that is lost by our shipping partner (UPS).

Any incorrect or damaged products from Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC, purchased on this site, are eligible for replacement. We require all incorrect and damaged products to be returned in order to qualify for a replacement. Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC must receive written notification and photo documentation of all damages within 10 days of receiving item. After 10 days, the product will no longer be eligible for replacement. Please contact store@caitlinandcolecreative.com.

Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC  may automatically receive and capture information on the site’s server logs from your browser, which can include your IP address, the pages you visit, internet service provider, date/time stamps, referring pages, browser type and cookies. Limit of Liability: 

Caitlin and Cole Creative LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any damages of any kind including, without limitation, lost business profits, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, compensatory, exemplary, special, or punitive damages that may result from your access to or use of this website or any photograph or product purchased via this website       

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including any violation by you of these Terms and Conditions, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating such action. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
